Galaxy Zero: Prelude
Searching through the net, you probably will find many interesting things, such as eBay or YouTube (just to name a few), one of those times I was searching for web comics (to be exact, yesterday) I found a new interesting comic called Galaxy Zero. The art is reminiscent to old 1929 Fritz Lang movies like M, or in a strange example similar as the Cabinet of Dr. Caligary where the leading man is shown as a taciturn character who reflects about his past actions and his future, other example it can be said is that the comic has a mix influence between B&W art and Color, similar as Frank Miller Sin City to denote when an object is important or has a transcendent point in the story.
According the web page , the main character name of this one shot is named Stanley, an amoral individual who passes as a private eye to fulfill his agenda against a powerful firm called Vargas and Hart which is said to be the responsible of the day called Zero Day. There is no much work yet from this new comic since it started to be uploaded on November the 10th of 2008, and it only has one page (yet), and the uploads are going to be twice a week. For now we leave you with this sample of the first page of Galaxy Zero.
